This stylish, contemporary, detached villa, Wild Oak, is very pleasantly situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Carrbridge. With views over the local golf course at the rear of the house, it is a wonderful base for making the most of the fabulous leisure opportunities found in this scenic area. The house boasts a large enclosed garden at the rear, which can be accessed from the attractive sun room, and has a cosy multi-fuel burner in the living room, ideal for coming back to after a day out enjoying skiing or hill walking. If you enjoy winter sports but want to get away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Aviemore, Carrbridge is ideal. Excellent salmon fishing, pony trekking and cycling can be found in the village itself, not to mention the famous Landmark Forest Theme Park. There are forest and river walks in the village, quad biking at the Rothiemurchus Estate and, of course, fantastic wildlife to be glimpsed, as well as stunning scenery, throughout the whole area.
