A very characterful holiday cottage, situated in an elevated position on a working organic farm with views over the countryside. The Cottage is set close to farm buildings, in the heart of the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside with an abundance of walks, golf courses, stately homes and castles and access to the Whisky Trail. An easy drive takes you to the coastline around Banff. Shops and pubs 2 miles. Ground floor: Living room with beams. Kitchen. Bathroom with bath, wet room shower and toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 single (4ft) with additional single (2ft 6in for child), both with sloping ceilings and Velux, both rooms are separated by a door and screened off from stairs by a curtain (no door). Stairs divide into 2 for direct access to each bedroom.
