The eco friendly Youth Hostel at Loch Ossian is in a perfect situation, miles away from the modern world! Whilst it is fairly basic, the setting more than makes up for it. Reached by foot or by train from Rannoch Station from the South or Tulloch Station to the North, it really is a get away from it all destination.

You can climb an assortment of munros, corbetts or grahams using the Hostel as a base. Beinn na Lap rises above the Hostel at an easy gradient making it a pleasure to climb. The Loch attracts pike fishermen and there are numerous small lochans teeming with trout. The Estate hire out mountain bikes as well as kayaks, making this the perfect outdoor playground!
