Sligachan, Isle of Skye, 4th July 2010.
A very stormy day on the Isle of Skye on 4th July 2010 saw the river at Sligachan rise dramatically! We were there only a day later to an entirely different scene! The water runs straight off the rocky Cuillin and can potentially catch out walkers with burns rising very quickly.
The Sligachan Hotel offers excellent meals and accommodation including a Bunkhouse.
