Talla Reservoir from Talla Cleuch Head.
A lovely evening walk on Talla Cleuch Head, Scottish Borders on 8th August 2010. After a hard day walking the Donalds to the East, a high start from the Megget Stone saw us on the summit with wonderful views after only 40 minutes. Looking down to the Talla Reservoir and farm at Talla Linnfoots certainly made us glad we'd taken the easier route.
I'm afraid our walk including Lochcraig Head, today, the 9th August 2010, was in the rain and mist, but enjoyable nonetheless.
