Holiday Cottage on the Cromarty Firth. Set in a quiet rural location, this cosy holiday cottage, Rosscot, enjoys lovely views across open countryside towards Nigg Bay and the Cromarty Firth. Wonderful area for the bird enthusiast with an RSPB Reserve close by. Sea trips, fishing, golf, castles and south, west and east facing beaches all within easy reach. Super base for touring the scenic Highlands. Historic Cromarty is a short ferry trip (also accessed by road) with Inverness, the Highland Capital approx forty minutes drive. Shops five miles, pubs three miles. Ground floor: Living room with wooden floor. Step down to dining room/kitchen with beams. One double bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: two twin bedrooms each with wooden floors and sloping ceilings. Wood-burner in living room inc. Partial elec heaters, elec, bed linen and towels inc. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. T/dryer. D/washer. F/freezer. Tel-incoming calls only. Large enclosed garden with sitting area and furniture. Parking (three cars). No smoking please. NB: There are steps and sloping banks in the garden.
