Walk Corryhully Horseshoe Scotland

Walk Corryhully Horseshoe, Scotland.

The Corryhully Horseshoe is a walk normally undertaken from Glenfinnan, one of the iconic spots in Scotland. It comprises of two munros, Sgurr nan Coireachan and Sgurr Thuilm and a lot of bumps inbetween! After spending a night at Oban Bothy on Loch Morar, we took a brilliant stalkers path up to Sgurr nan Coireachan and traversed the ridge to Sgurr Thuilm before dropping down to Loch Arkaig, seen here in the distance.

The views from this walk were some of the best I have enjoyed on the hills in Scotland. To be able to see the islands of Rum and Skye as well as Britains highest mountain, Ben Nevis, and throw in another two fantastic mountains Ladhar Bheinn, and Bidean nam Bian had me near to tears.

I really can't explain just how special this walk was. I can only urge you to visit Scotland and experience this yourself.
