Maidens Pap, Caithness, Scotland.

The Maidens Pap in Caithness taken from the 'wheelhouse'. The far North East of Scotland provides some excellent walking, particularly during the dry spell that we've just enjoyed. This picture was taken en route to climbing Morven, Smean and Scaraben which was a brilliant walk. The day started with a golden eagle sighting and during the day we were entertained by large herds of red deer.
